Huber Ridge Area

There is a new fairly new neighbor on Mount Video near Lima. We have numerous children in this area,whom play outdoors and ride bikes and such. The new gentleman walks his dog and has been cussing and using beligerent language to anyone and everyone that is in his sight these kids are not even on the same side of the street nor are they even paying any attention to his dog nor him yet he cusses at them. this is not limited to certain kids this everyone that is even near. Just a watchful eye to make sure this animal is always on a leash. I would not want a child to be mauled by this dog.

Dear Lee, I assume you are referring to Montevideo. Such behavior perplexes me, but I would call the police about his ''offensive utterance'' the moment it happens.

If the children were mine, I would insist that they stay away from him for their own safety. But call 889-9494 when it happens. Thanks.
