Huber Ridge Area

Hello everyone I am new to the neighborhood and just wandered about the crime rates here? We had moved in about 2 months ago , moving away from a very high crime neighborhood. We love the quietness here but we had a problem 2 nights ago. I have no idea if this is normal here and I would like some input please. At 4am some one stole our vehacile right out side the house. We are shocked at what has happened, we thought this sort of thing was gone from out lives. Everyone is ok, the vehacile is back but we are still uncertain of what to think.

You can see all the crime reports for our neighborhood if you check the police and safety section fo this website.  I just posted all of the most recent ones yesterday - including your stolen vehicle.  I am sorry you have had such a bad start.  As I study the police reports, it seems thefts are the most common.  Vehicle theft is not what I would call the norm for the neighborhood.  Glad to know the vehicle was recovered.  As the Block Watch Coordinator, my advice to all is the same - lock up, light up, look, listen, and report.  Please check out our police and safety section for more ideas.
