Why does no one stop at STOP signs??  I have almost been hit numerous times by speeding drivers running stop signs at Balboa & Bolamo.  That isn't the only one though....it seems that stopping at a stop signs in the whole neighborhood is a option not a law!!!

It is not just you I have been almost hit every other day and you would think that these people would stop, no they just give you a dirty look and keep on going. Yes I am talking about you people who come up from the side streets onto Cairo Rd.. Please watch out..
