Trick or Treat in Blendon Township is Thursday, October 30th from 6pm to 8pm. Blendon Township is a member of the Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC) which is the agency that sets the date and time for it's member communities. The City of Westerville is also a member community of MORPC so they too will observe Trick or Treat Thursday, Oct 30th from 6pm to 8pm. |
