Huber Ridge Area

Hi all,

We are still new here and I am wandering where we vote? Huber Ridge elementy is closed for voting, but I read something about voting at Hawthorne elem (not sure where that even is?). Where do we vote? Thank you.

What do you mean "closed for voting"?  They are closed to school children so that we can vote there.  You must report to your specific voting location which should be on your voter registration card.  You cannot drop-in where it is convenient for you.

I meant the school is open for voting but school is not in session.  Im glad too, I don't want strangers roaming the halls when school is in session.  I figured the school would be closest, as in our old neighborhood (our voting lacation was on our same street). Not to sound ungratefulfor the answer but I would like to 'just like to drop in where is convenient'.  We are new to westerville and huber ridge, it seemed logical to vote at the closer location. Thanks anyway.

I just mean that you are required to vote at a specific location.  If Huber Ridge Elementary is the location listed on your registration card (which I belive it should be if you live in Huber Ridge), I don't think you can vote at Hawthorne.  But maybe there is a special exception in this case depending on what you read about Hawthorne.
