If any of you have checked the new Franklin County Auditor web site it lists the Huber Ridge neighborhood as average and improving. I am sure that is in large part due to the adoption of property maintnenace codes earlier this year. It shows the residents care about their neighborhood and want to see something done about run down and neglected properties.
Also, if you have noticed some of the rental properties are finally cleaning up debris from hurricane Ike last September. You can thank Bryan Rhoads, our code enforement officer, for visiting these folks and informing them of the new laws.
