Thanks to the efforts of our many good neighbors, parents, relatives and friends we had a safe, quiet Beggar's Night this past Saturday.  There was one lost boy, who had gotten out ahead of his mom and separated in the dark. He was quickly located a few blocks away when mom climbed aboard one of our police cruisers and joined with two other officers for an immediate search of nearby streets. Another mom twisted an ankle and one of our officers called the medics.  Two drivers were also "reminded" to slow down.

Special thanks to the HRAA for their annual $75.00 donation to help defray the cost of the candy that our officers passed out.
