Hello, is anyone already have a new meter, Smart meter from AEP?  I am shocked AEP installed mine last February, 2010.  Would it supposed to wait til the city's approval?

We have a Smart Meter already too. You should have gotten letter about it at the beginning of the year; February or something. We are a test area.

I was also well informed months before this took place.  Also, it's great not having to worry about my gate being opened and shut with having a dog.
