On Wednesday evening, October 27, 2010 at 6:30pm at the regular Township Meeting, the Board of Trustees will make an Official Proclamation into the record recognizing the career of Sergeant Branch Wayt who has served with the Blendon Township Police Department since 1982.
Sergeant Wayt’s last shift in a patrol car will be Friday, November 5th, 2010.
October 27 is the last Township Meeting during Sergeant Wayt’s career. He will be presented with a plaque, as well as a copy of the Proclamation, and there will be cake and refreshments after.
This is a public meeting and other public business will be conducted. Sergeant Wayt’s recognition will be the last item on the agenda.
