I have been thinking about your post and decided to answer as follows: While attending the hearings held by the PUCO regarding OAW's rate increases (three or so), I have heard testimony about health concerns communicated by OAW customers. If you are interested and wish to do so, you can search the PUCO/OAW water rate increases on the PUCO docket (this HRAA website may still provide the case numbers); then look for the entry that lists testimony given at these hearings. All testimony was transcribed and is available for public viewing. Maybe this will answer your concerns.
