We do need to pay attention to the seemingly small things in a community.  What one person sees as a problem, another may not see as one at all.  So communities have codes in place for this reason.  Codes are great to educate us and help us.  All the things noted such as speeding cars, etc. can and should be reported.  Bryan Rhoads can let you know which ones can and should be addressed.  Call police for speeding cars; call Bryan Rhoads for code enforcement.  Some code enforcement is also addressed by Franklin County.  We have double help - if we will accept and use it.

The most effective code enforcement starts with each of us.  We need to consider one another as we care for our homes.  This goes a long way to help the community and promote peace.
