I know I may ask too early, when are we having trick or treaters coming around the neighbhorhood?  6:30 pm to 8:30 pm.   When....?

Not too early at all!  Blendon Township follows whatever the City of Westerville sets as Beggar's Night and that has been set for Halloween night....10/31. 

Based on this, the HRAA has set the annual HRAA Halloween event in the Park this year for Saturday, October 22nd from 6-8pm.
