Tuesday's 2-21 Dispatch, page A3, has a legal notice from the PUCO about our water rate case No 11-4161-WS-AIR - the infamous OAW rate increase. It lists the many locations for public hearings that will provide customers an opportunity to be heard. We did not get a hearing this time; apparently not enough letters. If anyone wants to attend a hearing and does not have schedule conflicts, here are the locations and times:
