Huber Ridge Area

I was just wondering if there is a law or policy regarding trees in huber ridge. My neighbors tree branches are overhanging on my property line and providing too much shade. I want to trim them back to the fence line so I can get more sun for my vegetable garden. Thanks

I believe we have a previous post on this situation, but to answer you, anything that encroaches on your property, you may trim.  It would be nice if your neighbor would trim to accommodate your request, but he or she is not obligated to do so.  You, however, have that right.

 

To really solve such problems, planting with consideration of property lines is best.
