Thanks, Jim. I appreciated hearing from you and from Mr. La Rue regarding this matter. Mr. La Rue went out of his way to explain the billing error and was so appreciative of the notification. So I was in error and this bill did not reflect the rate increase that OAW obtained through the PUCO. Good to know.

I spoke to Jeff and the call center manager for Aqua also called me to assure me that they will work with their staff so that they are all educated on the billing error. |

I too got my first aqua bill today, no wonder everyone is trying to leave this neighborhood, it does seem like all the letters and petitions were for nothing. Cannot water my yard or take a shower without wondering how much it is costing me. I miss Columbus water, feel trapped with this expensive company.
