Your Blendon Township government has been actively issuing orders to Huber Homes over the past 3 years since the property maintenance codes were put in place. Hundreds of cases have been opened against them and they are complying with our orders. We have helped tenants of Huber Homes by inspecting the horrible conditions they are living in and giving them direction. We would like to see all of the units occupied just like you would, but we cannot force Huber to get them filled. As long as they comply with our orders and pay their property taxes they are within the law. If you see any homes with issues please notify us as soon as possible. The more eyes we have out in the neighborhoods the better.

Thanks for that reply. I've definitely noticed that code enforcement actively works to rectify the issues with those homes.

Thought I would just add this here, but the numbers listed to contact Huber Homes on the side of their vans is incorrect. Does anyone have the correct number?
