Hello, My family and I are looking for a rental home in the Huber Ridge area. If anyone knows of a rental home in the neighborhood could you please reply. I am looking for a 3 BR $800 - $900 house. We are also trying to find a place that allows pets. |

Hi, The Huber Ridge Area Association has a list of property owners who own more than one home in our neighborhood. We compiled this list from information on the Franklin County Auditor's list for the purpose of sending our quarterly newsletter to them when it is published. If you are interested in that list, I can share that information with you if you'd like to send me an email. The association does not suggest or endorse one of these property owners over any other on the list but it could give you at least a start in your search to find a home to rent in our neighborhood.

be aware of the water bill. I really budget my water usage and my bill is $65 per month. That's for two super budgeters! I've heard some water bills are between $100 and $150 for 3 or 4 people.
There is a house for rent on Oslo Drive. It is a 3 BR but I think it only has one bath. |

Good to know about the high water bills in the area. My family is also looking for a 3-4BR home to rent for $800-$1000/month in the Huber Ridge area. If anyone knows of any houses for rent that might work for us, please let me know too! :) Our current lease is month-to-month (we've lived there over 5 years), so I will be casually looking over the next few months for a space that fits our family of four better.
