Hello, over the past 3 weeks I have stopped receiving the community newspaper and then also the sales flyers and coupons that are usually deliverd to the house. Any idea why or how I can have services resumed?

I had a friend who used to deliver some of those.  From what I understand they worked for the Dispatch so you might want to give a call there.

We seemed to have a delay in receiving the flyers and papers too...maybe not enough people to deliver it?

Probably.  My friend stopped delivering them because the Dispatch changed the process by which the papers and materials were distributed.  Instead of them being dropped off the Dispatch changed it so the delivery people had to come pick them up making it really inconvenient for deliverers.
