Huber Ridge Area

I have searched (unsuccessfully) for the guidelines of building a new shed in our back yard.  We currently have an 8 x 12 shed and are in need of more space.  Where can I find information about how large we can go without needing a permit?  We are on Paris North.  Any help would be appreciated.

  The regulations go thru Franklin County. A shed can be built 12X12 not footed to the ground and 6' from property line. There is no mention of height exept 10' from any power or cable lines.
