I had the same issue in a different part of the neighborhood. The township police would respond to calls made by various neighbors about the barking dogs, but no action was ever taken. I finally sent an email to the police chief and all of the trustees, asking why, when there is a ordinace in place, why no enforcement takes place. This finally made the township act and the barking dogs are no longer an issue. I strongly recommend that you use the resources avaialble to you: The township police, and then the trustess if needed.
