The white pit bull at 6008 Paris Blvd N attacked the Mail Carrier that was accross the street on Paris Blvd N. The section of houses on that road will not receive their mail until the pit bull is removed. The mail will be delivered instead to a P.O. Box.
The white pit bull has a history of chasing children, and now attacking a mail carrier.
My question is: How does this process work to remove the pit bull at that address. I don't blame the dog, rather the lame owners for not properly containing their dog. I will be excersizing my right to carrier a fire arm from now on when taking my child for a walk. Any dog not restrained running towards us will be a threat. It's too bad they have to evict the dog rather than the owners.
