Huber Ridge Area

Is anyone mind to explain to me that the sign meant? It starts on Wednesday the 24th til Oct. 4. Are we getting the roads replaced or black paving? Hunt Club, Arnett, Reno.... Please advise.

I have no idea but I live on Dakar Rd W and we have the same signs, for the last few days they have been cutting out parts of the curbs and replacing them but the problem with that is there was nothing that looked  wrong with the parts they cut out. now we have no stopping signs all along the street that they have already made a mess out of. No one has come by and let anyone on this street now why they are doing any of this but it sure looks like tax money being wasted to me! Now we have the no stopping signs ok fine I won't stop on my street. sure would be nice if the people on the township would earn the money we pay them to take care of Huber Ridge.  My poor neighbor had the whole bottom of his driveway cut away so he had no where to park for the last 3 days! all they needed to do is tell everyone what is going on. This used to be a really nice place to live and we were taking great care of but it sure isn't looking that way anymore.
