Wednesday, December 17, the Huber Ridge Area Association awarded prizes in the annual Holiday Lights and Decorating contest.
Third place was awarded to the Bates family at 6225 Carthage Dr.
Second place was awarded to the Gibson family at 3703 Panama Dr.
First place was awarded to the Moore family at 5706 Bashaw Dr.
The winners each received a cash award and a holiday gift basket from the association.
The committee had many homes to choose from, however previous winners are not considered until it has been five years since their award. This allows other residents the opportunity to win in future contests.
My thanks to the committee who viewed the neighborhoods and made suggestions,
to Elizabeth Clegg for her photography, and to Sgt Erick Moynihan for his assistance.
A big thank you to all of the neighbors who took time to decorate their homes and help to light up the neighborhood. A very Merry Christmas to all of the residents of the Huber Ridge Area.
