My sister, teen nephew and mom, long-time Westerville residents, are looking for a 3 bedroom house to rent in the Huber Ridge, Huber Village or Strawberry Farms areas.  They would need a pet friendly place for 2 small dogs. House or duplex with garage preferred. Square footage 900+. They would be looking to rent as soon as mid February.  Their budget will only allow $975 max.  Can anyone help me locate a rental home for them?  Thank you.
