Blendon Township Offers Debris Clean-Up Assistance

Starting this Tuesday the 10th Westerville Tree Service and the Blendon Twp Service Department employees will be going through the neighborhoods to chip up debris at the curb. If you have any residents ask about clean-up efforts please advise them that we will be around this week. Also, if they follow Rumpke guidelines they can bundle debris and place it at the curb for regular pick up.

Westerville Tree Service is bringing around a chipper, B.T. service employees are going to help pick them up and feed to chipper. They must be at the curb for pick-up and i believe no bundling for this service. Rumpke will always pick up yard waste and that must be at the curb, max lenght 4' and bundled ready for pickup on our normal trash day. I do not have specifics on which day for what streets for the chipper, just be prepared and ready ASAP. Together we can keep our communities clean and moving forward.
