The bar graph is somewhat more informative. The vast majority of the 147 speeders were between 26 and 30 MPH. 725 vehicles (83.1 %) were at 25 MPH or below. You'll notice the 85th percentile of speeders are right at 26 MPH. The one car going 41 MPH does concern me, as well as the total number of vehicles, but it was a 12 hour study that included the after school and evening rush. please go to www.blendontwp.org for more info.
