I am pleased to see that we are actually making a difference in the way public utility companies are allowed to operate. Those who have the power to change the system have taken notice, and have started the proceedings. We can all take credit for that. There's still time to let our government officials know how you feel about the Ohio American Water Company's underhanded operating procedures. Write letters or email your elected officials!
And for all of you who had given up hope, saying we couldn't make a difference, get out of your pit of despair! Become one of the positive people who know we can affect change!
