My neighbors have a little yappy dog that they let out at all hours.  It barks all the time. They don't even try to quiet it down, even at 3am they let it bark.  I really hope a hawk snatches the damn thing up this summer!!! Have some consideration for your neighbors and if your dog starts barking in the middle of the night....SHUT IT UP!!!  You know who you are!!

There is a barking dog ordinance in Franklin County.

Get the address and give it to Blendon Township Police when the dog is barking regardless of time of day or night. The family will be warned and if  the barking continues  the offense carries a $125.00 fine. Violators may ignore the warning but the fine usually gets their attention.
