 It seems that the residence on Caracas just keeps getting more trashy looking. Now there  is a truck with trailer and golf cart parked in the front yard. They are running out of room!

I have previously informed Bryan of this and he is addressing it. Unfortunatly it does take some time to correct any violations as the tenant can choose to drag it out even to court if desired. So your big concern is the person that keeps a golf cart (for weekly camping purposes) in the yars, rather than the countless other "homes" on caracas and panama that have busted windows, run down cars everywhere, plastic flower gardens, trash piled everywhere, teens speeding like crazy down the streets.. a golf cart is the big problem?
