The better the surrounding homes look compared to the vacant rentals makes a good case for the property owners to clean up. We can then make a case if the said property's is not in violation that it is an eyesore and ask the owners to please MAKE A DIFFERENCE. If the said property's is in violation of maintenance codes that will be dealt with accordingly.

I must say that I am very happy with how quickly this problem has been resolved considering that my attempts have failed. Bryan Rhoads contacted me last week to tell me that he notified Huber Rentals about the property previously mentioned. The very next day someone was out to the house to repair the window and cleaned up the glass off the ground and roof. The back screen door is still boarded up...but I am just happy that the front windows have been repaired.
