Huber Ridge Area

Hello everyone,

The issues you mention have been relayed to ODOT. I did get some good information last week. The management company is looking to invest some money into the propery soon. They are going to redevelopthe corner of Dempsey and Westerville Road and put a new business at that location. Also, they are looking to build a new entrance into the center down where the car wash is located. (They will be demolishing the car wash). Also, the strip of roadway that connects to Brazzaville Rd from SR3 is owned by the plaza. We are hopeful they will resurface the area this year. They have been waiting for SR3 to wrap up.

 I realize the property is owned by BIJO LLC. The main problem is they have owned this property since the end of 2004 and have let this go to crap. Plus have NEVER plowed in the winter. If this is their property, this needs to be done. The excuse of waiting for RT.3 to be done is 8 years old , not including the many years before that.  Not mad at you since at least you are looking into it, but one more slight thing off this subject. Have Huber sell their rentals and home owners will do a better job of keeping up their property most of the time.

Thanks for your comments.    I agree with all except one.  To be fair, last winter and the winter prior (when we had more snow), I did witness (more than once) the parking lot being plowed in the early morning.

I am with you on the rest and I am waiting to see an improvement in the spring.
